Align Surveys uses Topcon Magnet for its CAD operations, which is an advanced computer assisted drafting program specifically for survey operations. It is compatible with most new CAD programs, Align can receive and provide all common CAD file extensions e.g. (.dxf, .dwg and .xml)

Align designs drainage systems for residential properties and roads that do not require P.Eng. approval.

Align Surveys provides basic road design for set out of driveways, access roads and private roads in areas that do not require P.Eng. approval. After doing a topographic survey of the area we can design roads to client’s specifications and requirements.

Align creates and replicates surface files for on board machine controls, and works with contractors and operators to ensure a streamlined, quality product.

Align surveys is able to provide G.I.S. and mapping services to help portray spatial and information data in a variety of ways. This is extremely useful for project proposals, planning meetings, project progress reports and environmental awareness.
